General Surgeon Job Opportunity 

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Acute Care/Trauma Surgeon to join an established surgical group that is located in Irving, Texas. This is an employed career opportunity with a generous benefits package that offers work-life balance, a competitive salary, productivity bonus, moving allowance, and no state income tax.

Opportunity Highlights

  • Employed opportunity joining an established group of General Surgeons located at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Irving
  • Estimated 7-8 shifts per month (24 hour shifts)
  • The hospital is in the process of attaining their trauma certification, the surgical team needs additional physician resources to support their current acute care services and future trauma services.
  • Emergency surgeries and providing post-op care

Qualifications 

  • Doctorate Degree in Medicine
  • Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
  • Where Applicable- Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
